Dr. Mohammad Naqvi is a board-certified psychiatrist who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults. Born and raised in Houston, he earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. Dr. Naqvi completed his General Psychiatry residency through the University of Texas at Tyler Rural Psychiatry Program in Pittsburg, Texas, where he developed experience treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions across diverse patient populations. He recently completed his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston and plans to become board certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Dr. Naqvi treats a wide variety of mental health conditions, with particular expertise in ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and behavioral concerns. While he enjoys working with patients of all ages, he has a special passion for helping children and adolescents navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Patients and families often describe him as kind, personable, and attentive, appreciating his ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and create a comfortable, collaborative treatment environment. Dr. Naqvi is committed to providing individualized care that helps each patient achieve lasting emotional wellness and reach their full potential.
